Can I exchange my order for FREE?
Yes you can if you choose a coupon code after your order is received we provide a coupon worth your purchase amount. With this you can then place a new order. It is NOT possible to exchange directly.
My order has been delivered incorrectly what now?
Please contact our customer service team: Hello@thehappybed.com and we will resolve this with you as soon as possible.
How quickly will my return be processed?
We do our best to process all returns as quickly as possible and aim to do so within 5 working days of receipt. After processing, you will receive the money within 1 to 2 working days.
What data do I need to return?
All you need is your order number, which starts with a # followed by a number sequence, and the e-mail address you used to order the item.
Can I get my money back?
You certainly can! On the returns page, choose ‘I want my money back’. We charge €5.95 for returns because we believe everyone should contribute to the environment. By charging a fee per return, we can make our packages more sustainable and together do our bit to make the world a better place.
Is it sustainable to return my order?
It is not sustainably responsible to return orders, as it causes additional CO2 emissions and possible product waste. We advise customers to think carefully about purchases to avoid unnecessary returns. If a return is nevertheless necessary, we kindly ask you to do so in the original HappyBed box to minimise the environmental impact.
