The possibility of returning items is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygiene or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care items
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records with opened packaging
* Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
* Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email confirmation of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card issuer; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@thehappybed.nl.
Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds are not available for sale items.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at hello@thehappybed.nl and send your item to: Rhijnauwen 4, 1358 DD Almere, The Netherlands, Attn: Geodis.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: Rhijnauwen 4, 1358 DD Almere, The Netherlands, Attn: Geodis.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
