We know how frustrating it is when your duvet doesn't fit in the washing machine. That's why we've put together the perfect guide to give you all the info you need to make the right choice.

Step 1: Choose the duvet size that fits your washing machine.
To wash your HappyBed properly, it's important to pick a size that fits your washing machine. A duvet that's too big can be a pain to wash, so always choose a size you know will fit:
140x200 (S) = 6Kg capacity
200x200 (M) = 8Kg capacity
240x220 (L) = 10Kg capacity
Tip: Small washing machine? Go for two small ones

Step 2: select the right washing program
For ultimate freshness and hygiene, we recommend following the washing instructions for your duvet. We suggest washing at 60 degrees at 1000 rpm (or 40 degrees at 800 rpm for the best lifespan of the product), which gets rid of dust mites, dried stains, bacteria, and mold! Check the product specs first if you're not sure if it fits in your machine; otherwise, use lukewarm water and liquid detergent if you're washing it by hand in the tub.
Which detergent can you use?
Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh ones. That way, you can be sure your HappyBed will last for years :D
Step 3: Letting your HappyBed dry
Once you’ve washed your duvet, it’s time to let it dry. We recommend laying it out flat on a drying rack for a bit—before you know it, your duvet will be dry!
Can you put the duvet in the dryer too?
Absolutely! You can put the duvet in the dryer. Pro tip: throw in a couple of tennis balls while it’s drying, that way your duvet will come out super soft and fluffy.
Step 4: Sleep wonderfully again under your fresh duvet!
And it can be that easy! Your duvet is nice and soft and fresh again. Ready to go on your bed and give you the best night's sleep.
