Cooling-off Period/Returns
Sometimes you might want to return an order. Perhaps the product does not meet your expectations, or there is another reason why you would like to return it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €5.95 per package. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories provided, and in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible. To exercise this right, you can contact us via hello@thehappybed.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 30 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass the depreciation of the product on to you. Handle the product with care and ensure that it is well-packaged for return.
Product Exchange?
Would you like to exchange your product? That’s no problem at all. You can contact us at Hello@thehappybed.nl. However, you will bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the order for you.
Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 are usually delivered the next day. However, we cannot always guarantee this, as some products may not be in stock, which could delay your delivery. The product page will indicate an estimated delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The prices listed include shipping - Our shipping is always FREE.
Delivery is handled by DPD couriers. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 08:00 and 21:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to claim under the warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a longer period may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will ensure a free repair or replacement.
