Cooling-off period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product is not to your liking, or maybe there is another reason why you would not want to keep the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately € 5.95 per package. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original state and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us via hello@thehappybed.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 30 days after your return has been registered, provided the product has been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged when returned.
Exchange product?
Would you like to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact Hello@thehappybed.com for this. However, you will bear the costs of returning the product.
I provided the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Delivery time & shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59, we try to deliver the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page provides an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason fail to meet this delivery time, we will of course notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery is carried out by the DPD courier. Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 08:00 and 21:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Warranty
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport or that something else occurs that entitles you to claim warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after the delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
When you discover a defect in the product or should have discovered it, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
