Can I exchange my order for FREE?
Yes, that's possible if you choose a coupon code. After we've received your order, we'll give you a coupon for the value of your purchase. You can use this to place a new order. It's NOT possible to exchange directly.
My order was delivered wrong, what now?
Just get in touch with our customer service: Hello@thehappybed.com and we'll sort this out for you as soon as possible.
How quickly will my return be processed?
We do our best to process all returns as quickly as possible and aim to do this within 5 working days after receiving them. After processing, you'll get your money back within 1 to 2 working days.
What info do I need to return something?
You just need your order number, which starts with a # followed by a series of numbers, and the email address you used to place the order.
Can I get my money back?
Absolutely! On the returns page, just choose "I want my money back." We charge €5.95 for returns because we believe everyone should help out the environment. By charging a fee for each return, we can make our packaging more sustainable and do our bit together to make the world a better place.
Is it environmentally friendly to return my order?
It's not sustainable to return orders, since this leads to extra CO2 emissions and possibly product waste. We recommend that customers think carefully about their purchases to avoid unnecessary returns. If you do need to return something, we kindly ask you to do so in the original HappyBed box to minimize the environmental impact.
I'm not sure if I want to return it and I'm still looking for some help...

In our return portal, you can easily indicate why your item isn't quite what you wanted and you'll receive a return label within a few minutes. You can stick this on the box and drop it off at the nearest parcel point.
