Cooling off period/returns
Sometimes you might want to send an order back. Maybe the product isn't what you expected, or maybe there's another reason you don't want to keep it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after you receive it, no questions asked.
Want to return your order? Just use our return portal.
After canceling, you have another 30 days to return your product. You'll get the full order amount back, including shipping costs. The only thing you pay for is the return shipping from your home to our webshop. These costs are about € 5.95 per package. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product and all included accessories should be sent back to us in the original state and packaging if that's reasonably possible. To use this right, just contact us at hello@thehappybed.com. We'll refund the order amount within 30 days after you let us know about your return, as long as we've received the product in good condition.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than needed to try out the product, we might charge you for the loss in value. So please handle the product with care and make sure it's well packed if you're sending it back.
Exchange product?
Want to exchange your product? No problem at all. You can contact Hello@thehappybed.com for this. You do have to pay for the return shipping yourself.
I gave the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally gave us the wrong delivery address? Get in touch with us as soon as you can. We'll try to change the order for you.
Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 23:59, we try to deliver the same day. Sometimes, though, we can't make that happen. Occasionally, products are out of stock and delivery might take a bit longer. The product page shows an estimated delivery time. If for any reason we can't meet that delivery time, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Delivery is handled by DPD's parcel service. Usually, your order will be delivered the next working day between 8:00 and 21:00. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the exact delivery time.

Warranty
We care about our products and obviously do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Still, sometimes an order gets damaged during transport or something else happens that gives you the right to claim warranty. Under European law, we're responsible for any lack of conformity that comes to light within two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you notice a defect in the product or should have noticed it, you need to contact us within a reasonable period. A reasonable period is at least two months. In some cases, a period longer than two months can also be acceptable.
If you get in touch with us on time, we'll make sure to repair or replace it for free.
