Can I exchange my order for FREE?
Yes, that is possible if you opt for a coupon code after your order has been received. We will provide a coupon worth the amount of your purchase. With this, you can then place a new order. It is NOT possible to exchange directly.
My order was delivered incorrectly, what now?
Please contact our customer service at: Hello@thehappybed.nl and we will resolve this with you as soon as possible.
How quickly is my return processed?
We do our best to process all returns as quickly as possible and aim to do so within 5 business days of receipt. After processing, you will receive the money within 1 to 2 business days.
What information do I need to return?
You only need your order number, which starts with a # followed by a series of digits, and the email address with which you ordered the item.
Can I get my money back?
That is certainly possible! On the return page, select "I want my money back". We charge €5.95 for returns because we believe that everyone should contribute to the environment. By charging a fee per return, we can make our packages more sustainable and together contribute to improving the world.
Is it environmentally responsible to return my order?
It is not environmentally sustainable to return orders, as this results in additional CO2 emissions and potential product waste. We advise customers to carefully consider their purchases to avoid unnecessary returns. If a return is necessary, we kindly request that you do so in the original HappyBed box to minimize environmental impact.

Within our return portal, you can easily specify why your item is not entirely to your liking, and you will receive a return label within a few minutes. You can stick this on the box and drop it off at the nearest parcel point.
